The Road to Somewhere
"According to Wikipedia, a road is an  identifiable route, way, or path between places.  But  it can also be a metaphor as in: life's road, taking the high road,  down the right road, road to happiness, yellow brick road, end of the  road, fork in the road, I'm on the road again.      Roads go somewhere.  Roads go nowhere.  Circle  roads, forked roads, corpse road, grid roads, pot-holed roads. Roads are  highways and bi-ways. Road to my heart, road to the soul, road to  happiness, road to misery.  Each one has a story  to tell.       What memories and emotions come to mind when you think of the  word road, or a road trip?  For me, getting on  the road always creates a sense of adventure, fun and discovery,  uncertainty and mystery.  How many greasy spoons  will we pass?   This is my road trip, the Road to Somewhere.  Take  a journey with me down my road."
